Yeah that cacti flower is my favorite.
When I checked it out for the first time on my computer I couldnt believe the color I got from that picture, it's so vibrant.

Hehe, yeah there is a real South Park. The actual town is actually known as, Fairplay, but there is a long stretch of highway that is called South Park. I haven't seen Kyle, Stan, Cartman or Kenny though...I can still hope though! lol

Yuki is a sweetie. She is such a wonderful dog! I know I shouldn't covet other peoples pets, but sheesh! She reminds me so much of my first dog when i was a wee lad.

The cocoon was by pure luck, I happened to spot something under my friends front yard deck. I bent down, and there it was! It has a pretty cool spiral design to it too.

That butterfly has been the only other butterfly that's stayed still long enough for me to take a picture of too. I've seen some pretty sweet looking butterflies, but they just fly so fast! I'll keep trying though, you do the same and post any butterfly pics you take. They are gorgeous. ;)

I was surprised to see a good picture of myself with such messy hair. The mountainous background helps too, I think. It's like I'm some kind of a mountain man, ready to wrestle a bear or chase butterflies with my camera. hehe

Pib...dear dear Pib. I love her, but she is a meanie. She has such pettable fur too! It's not fair. She'll let me bet her head, but if I reach for her stomach, I am a goner!

I love the moon; it's so beautiful. Recently I had an awesome pair of binoculars and I was scoping out the moon with them...breath taking. So much detail! I was in heaven.

When I finally reviewed that shot of my dad's cabin in sepia, I was floored at how old it looked. It could almost seem to come from the 1800's. If you can mess with the white balance, while being in sepia with your camera, thats how I got that effect.

Those are great photos! The one of the flower and the black and white one of the highway are my favorites. Some of the landscape ones look like postcards.
